ROSS SHELLEMAN
FOUNDER, PRESIDENT, AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ross founded Target Data with Co-Founder Dr. Andrew Hamilton in 2007, and is responsible for overall company strategy and operations. Prior to Target Data, Mr. Shelleman held various senior Business Development positions in technology, healthcare, and managed services. He was also part of an investment team that purchased and currently operates PODS franchises across Australia. A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ross holds a B.A. degree from Franklin and Marshall College and has attended The University of Chicago BOOTH School for Business Executive Education program.

MARSHALL GIBBS
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONS OFFICER
Marshall is responsible for Target Data’s technology vision, with expertise in large or complex data, analytics, applications and infrastructure. Prior to Target Data, Marshall was Chief Technology Officer at Targetbase where he led the design of integrated marketing solutions for measurable customer engagement. He also served as CTO and CIO at Information Resources, Inc., where he developed a new core technology offering, directed all IT infrastructure, applications development, program portfolios, and product/service offering development, and served as GM for the company’s Loyalty Analytics business. Marshall is an author of 70+ patents and patents pending in transportation and data science for analytics. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Computer Systems and an M.B.A.

SCOTT BAILEY
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGY AND ANALYTICS
Scott is responsible for insight generation, program/product development and program measurement. His expertise includes marketing strategy, targeting and segmentation, as well as experimental design, forecasting and modeling. Prior to Target Data, he served as EVP, Strategy and Analytics at Targetbase where he led Solution and Product Development, and created the firm’s Customer Relationship Value (CRV) approach to relationship marketing and management. Prior to that, he served as President of M/A/R/C Research where he developed the firm’s Assessor®-based series of analytical frameworks. Scott has published several articles on marketing strategy and analytics in the Journal of Advertising Research, International Journal of Advertising, and Journal of Targeting, Measurement and Analysis for Marketing. He received a B.A. degree from Franklin College in Indiana and a master of science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

CRAIG LEIDLEIN
VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Craig is responsible for Target Data’s financial, human resources and administrative operations. Prior to Target Data, Craig was with Accenture where served as a Finance Lead and Startup Controller in the firm’s business incubator. There, he was responsible for establishing and managing the financial operations of high growth startup businesses focused on analytical marketing and data services. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan he holds a degree in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
